4. Orders & Payments
- All orders are processed only after receiving 100% advance payment.
- Once the advance amount is paid, your order is confirmed and moved into processing.

- Payments must be made through UPI, bank transfer, or any approved payment method shared at the time of order.
- Prices are subject to change based on stock, market rates, and availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if wrong details are provided or in case of payment issues.
5. Shipping & Delivery
• Delivery times depend on your location, product availability, and logistics partners.
• We deliver across India; delivery charges may apply.
• In case of delays due to transportation, weather, or unexpected events, we will inform you promptly.
• Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier/logistics partner.
6. Returns, Replacement & Refunds
Since rice and food grains fall under consumable items:
- We do not accept returns once the package is opened or tampered with.
Replacement is possible only in cases of:
– Wrong product delivered
– Damaged packaging during transit
– Quality issues upon delivery (must be reported immediately) - Refunds are processed only if the issue is valid and cannot be resolved with replacement.
- Customers must provide photos/videos of the problem for verification.
7. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices displayed are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified.
- Any additional taxes, duties, or transportation charges (if applicable) will be informed at the time of order confirmation.
8. Limitation of Liability
Diamond Rice Mill is not responsible for:
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Delays caused by logistics partners
- Natural variations in crop quality
- Damages arising from misuse, improper storage, or handling by the customer
Our liability, under any circumstance, will be limited to the value of the order placed.
